Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to the MedicRecall website. This platform is an online revision resource designed for use by healthcare professionals. Your use of this site is conditional upon your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions, so please ensure you read and understand them before using the MedicRecall website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by MedicRecall Limited. If you do not agree to be bound by them, you should not use this website.

Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The version applicable to you is the one in place at the time of your subscription.

This website and the subscription process are available in English only. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact us at info@medicrecall.com

Subscription
The subscription price for MedicRecall is clearly stated on the website. All payments must be made in pounds sterling. If you are using a non-UK account, your payment provider will determine the applicable exchange rate.

Please note that once a contract has been formed, cancellation of a subscription is at our discretion. If accepted, it may be subject to a cancellation fee. By subscribing, you agree that due to the digital nature of our services, cancellations or refunds are generally not permitted once access has been granted.

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, and that the payment method used is your own and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription cost.

24-hour Refund Policy

Each user is entitled to a single free trial of the MedicRecall platform. Access to the free trial is contingent upon upfront payment of the selected membership fee at the time of registration. This payment secures immediate access to the platform for the duration of the applicable trial period.

Users who do not wish to continue their subscription beyond the trial period may request a full refund within twenty-four (24) hours of initial registration. To initiate a refund, the user must submit a written request via email to info@medicrecall.com
and complete the official refund claim form here. Refund requests submitted after the expiry of the twenty-four (24) hour period will not be eligible for consideration.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that any third-party payment processing fees or transaction charges incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Users are expressly prohibited from attempting to obtain multiple free trials through the creation of additional accounts, the use of alternative email addresses, or any other deceptive means. Any such conduct shall constitute fraudulent activity and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of eligibility for refunds, imposition of financial penalties, and pursuit of any other remedies available under applicable law.

Money Back Guarantee

At MedicRecall, we are committed to ensuring that every candidate has access to the highest-quality preparation for the MSRA Professional Dilemmas paper. We are confident that our platform provides all the tools necessary to achieve success.

For this reason, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee to eligible candidates who meet the criteria set out below and do not achieve the benchmark level of performance.

  1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

(a) Result Requirement

The user must have sat the MSRA Professional Dilemmas paper and achieved a result below Band 3, as defined by Health Education England (HEE).
Under HEE guidance, Band 3 represents an above-average or good performance; therefore, results in Band 1 or Band 2 will be deemed eligible for this refund.
This guarantee does not extend to outcomes at the interview or selection stage, as MedicRecall cannot influence or assess interview performance.

(b) Membership Requirement

The guarantee applies exclusively to users who have purchased a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month full membership.

The membership must have been paid for at full price, excluding all promotions.

Users must demonstrate substantial engagement with the platform, having completed at least 80% of the available practice content (including scenarios, flashcards, or mock assessments) under their registered account.

  1. Evidence Submission

To verify eligibility, the claimant must provide the following:
– Official proof of results — a screenshot or PDF of the results statement clearly showing the Professional Dilemmas exam score achieved and the candidate’s full name.
– Confirmation of resource usage — screenshots from the user’s MedicRecall dashboard demonstrating at least 80% completion of the question bank, flashcards and mock exams.
– Proof of account ownership — the full name and email address associated with the MedicRecall membership.

  1. Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim under this policy:
– Email info@medicrecall.com with the subject line “Money-Back Guarantee Claim.”
– Request the official claim form and complete it in full.
– Submit all required supporting evidence within fourteen (14) days of the official MSRA results release date.
– Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

  1. Refund Terms

Once eligibility has been verified, MedicRecall will provide, at the claimant’s discretion, one of the following:
– A full refund of the original purchase amount (excluding third-party payment processing or transaction fees); or
– A complimentary repeat membership for the next exam cycle, to support further preparation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of written confirmation.

  1. Limitations

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that any third-party payment processing fees or transaction charges incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The guarantee applies strictly to one claim per user and to the Professional Dilemmas paper only.

Claims will not be accepted where fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or non-compliance with these Terms is identified.

MedicRecall reserves the right to amend or discontinue this guarantee at any time, provided such changes do not affect valid claims already submitted within the applicable timeframe.
